Thierry is a Congolese artist, drummer and singer. His passion for music led him to attend the conservatory of modern music in Milan (CPM). On his Afro-Cuban jazz course, he specialized in drums and percussion, with forays into piano and voice. At the center of multiple international projects, both in studio and live on stage, he started his solo activity releasing his debut album ‘Asante’ during 2023 summer.

He performs live with his band The Backyard Embassy formed by 10 elements (guitar, bass, keyboards, trombone, trumpet, saxophone, percussions and backing vocals).
